Monthly Usage
To Find Monthly Usage:
Example One: If an office has a total of 50 employees then minus 20 off the top. Using 30 as basis, times this by 2 cups per day (6). Times this # (60) by 290 working days in a month = (1200). 1200 is then divided by a case of 100 k-cups. Your average usage is 12 cases per month.
Example Two: If an office has a total of 25 employees then minus 10 off the top. Using 15 as basis, times this by 2 cups per day (30). Times this # (30) by 20 working days in a month = (600). 600 is then divided by a case of 100 k-cups. Your average usage is 6 cases per month.

TOTAL K-CUPS x 20 WORKING DAYS EQUALS _____
